Crossroads is a 501(C)3 nonprofit organization committed to eradicating foster care youth homelessness. We specialize in providing vital life skills and mentoring to young adults transitioning from child services. Our partnerships with child services, caseworkers, psychologists, and vetted mentors enable us to equip foster children with the necessary tools for successful, independent lives.
